Meagan has spent the last four years working as a Realtor® in the exploding real estate market of Charlotte, North Carolina. She and her husband moved back to Michigan in 2018 to be closer to family and friends. With the freedom of a remote work position, they felt very fortunate to be able to specifically choose to relocate to Grand Rapids due to its vibrant food and art scene, proximity to outdoor activities, and beautiful neighborhoods. They recently bought a charming historic Bungalow close to downtown which has further grown the passion Meagan feels to help others find their idyllic home.
Past clients of Meagan’s have described her as knowledgeable, professional, and have frequently commented on the lack of stress throughout the process. Meagan prides herself on her attention to detail and no-nonsense approach to real estate. She believes honesty is the best policy and has often had clients specifically thank her for pointing out both the positive and negative aspects of potential properties during showings.
Meagan grew up in the Lansing area and is an Eastern Michigan alumnus where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. After school, Meagan and her husband purchased their first home at just 22. The fulfillment she felt after buying and renovating her first home surpassed anything she had felt in hospitality, prompting a new career in real estate. Now having just purchased her fourth home she knows very well what it is like to be a new buyer as well as an experienced one.
An avid lover of animals, Meagan has always enjoyed volunteering at local Humane Societies wherever she has lived. Unable to turn down a furry face, each of her two dogs and one cat joined the family on Meagan’s first day volunteering at a new shelter. She enjoys spending free time outdoors with her family, exploring Grand Rapids, and traveling to new places.
