Fall is in the air and Grand Rapids is ready to celebrate! This weekend, head on down to Sullivan Field for the Chili Cook Off or Calder Plaza for the Beer City USA Celebration. Or, if you're looking for something a little more low-key, the Blandford Nature Center is hosting a Harvest Festival. Chili Cook Off: Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Sullivan Field. Gates open at 11, judging and chili tasting will be from 3 to 5 p.m. The winner announcement and last call will be at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 online or at the door.

Brews at the Calder: Saturday, 4-8 p.m. at Calder Plaza. Swing by and celebrate ten years of Grand Rapids being known as Beer City, USA. Over 30 local breweries will be in attendance, giving you a great opportunity to find your new favorite spot for drinks.
