The Riverhouse Condos are located in the Bridgewater Place building on the northwest side of Grand Rapids. With 34 floors and ten different condo layouts, the first Riverhouse Condo was occupied in 2008. Just down the street from Atwater Brewery Grand Rapids is the Devos Place performance hall and exhibit center. This huge facility hosts a number of exhibits throughout the year as well as many performances for Grand Rapids residents to attend.
