North of Grand Rapids, Sparta Public Schools are a great place to send your children to school. Starting with early childhood all the way through 12th grade, their curriculum helps to teach children of all ages. Sparta Public Schools provides a higher education to help ensure their students excel as they head into adulthood after high school. The Spartans are also proud to offer a variety of different athletic programs for students to participate in. 

Sparta is a smaller scenic town that is located close to Grand Rapids if you want to have some big city fun. There are always great events happening downtown and there are tons of great breweries or restaurants to visit. Cellar Brewing Company is a newer local Sparta brewery that has great food and locally made beer. If you are not a beer drinker, try some of their home made wine or spirits with your meal. For some outdoor enjoyment, stop by Rogers Park where you can visit Nash Creek or play on the playground.
