Another important part of the Eastown neighborhood is Aquinas College located on the northern portion of the neighborhood. This is a private college that excels in academics and has some great sports teams. Although this campus is small, there are great opportunities for students who attend the college. Nestled in the woods, Aquinas is part of Wilcox Park allowing students to walk through nature while commuting to classes.
Eastown is well known for a great variety of food and dining experience offered to community members and visitors from all over. With infamous restaurants like Wolfgang’s and Yesterdog, there are still many other great restaurants to dine in. Wolfgang’s is the best breakfast in the area, make sure to try one of the famous breakfast skillets. For a new flavored hotdog, stop by Yesterdog and grab one of their originally crafted hotdogs.

Eastown Antiques is a two story shop that holds more than forty unique vendors that bring the best items to the store. Established in 2004, the Townie Award for Best Antique shop belongs to this particular shop for the last four years.
